Return Policy for Fuller Natural & Herbal Toothpaste and Skincare Products

Thank you for shopping with us at Fuller Products. We strive to provide high-quality herbal toothpaste and skincare products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with any seals or stickers intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
– Opened or used toothpaste or skincare products
– Gift cards
– Sale items (unless otherwise indicated)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Lisa@fullerproducts.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number on the return package.

3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange a product for a different colour, size, or another item, please contact us within the 30-day return period. We will guide you through the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the issue and photographs of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
